Shipping Policy

All products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a trusted production partner. Each item is made to order, which helps reduce waste and support sustainable production.

Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before they’re shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been printed and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days after fulfillment

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

These are estimates only — delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal issues that are beyond my control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and product type. You’ll see the final total before completing your purchase.

Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately depending on the fulfillment location (Printful uses different facilities worldwide).

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. I can’t replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All merch is made to order, which means I don’t hold stock and each item is produced especially for you by my fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, I can’t accept returns, size exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, I’ll make it right — just email me within 14 days of delivery at contact@hannahgrae.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll report it directly to Printful, who will review it and either send a free replacement or issue a refund if the fault is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Printful doesn’t accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

  • Refunds are only processed if the item is faulty or the printing error is on Printful’s side.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, contact me — Printful will usually replace it after verifying the claim with the carrier.

  • If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipment can be arranged once you’ve covered the reshipping cost.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once approved. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear.
